Paid job [My diary]
Sometimes, I remember one scene about ten years before.
3 co-workers talked about non-business topic for more than 30 minutes during business hour.
I thought even if I improved my work time and reduced 1 hour of necessary time about my work, they lost time more than I improved.
The scene meant they were paid even though they didn't work during the non-business talk.
They were in higher rank than I were. That is, company paid more salary to them than to me.
Of course, I know sometimes chat makes business communication better.
I know many factor are related to business obviously and implicitly and I should think business scene in multi point of view. So, the non-business talk may have possibility to make business succeed.
But, I feel unfairness.
