Resignment [My diary]
One management person resigned. I don't know him so much even though I worked with him for 2 years.
Actually, I write this note not for him but my feeling about colleague resignation.
Maybe I'll keep work in my current office until my retirement.Until now, some my business colleague was resigned to change job. And until my retirement, I will see some other colleague finished his work in my office.
Of course, I won't and can't do anything about other person's decision to his or her career and life.
But, I'm worried about affect of their resignation to my work.
My business and technical skill is not good. People to resign has better skill than me.
I can't replace their position and their work. I'm worried about I can't proceed my work without their power.
