Assistant work [My diary]
In my office, some people work as assistant. I don't know exactly about what kinds of work my company defines as assistant work because I haven't worked as assistant. But, I think their work is to support engineers because I have been helped by some of assistants in my offices in many times.
But, I suspect whether this may be just my assumption because I know one assistant person seems to me not to motivation to have support to engineer.
In my point of view, she just do minimum desk work of assistant. Instead of the work, she spend more time to insist how she thinks her work eagerly than other assistant members.
In my point of view, she might think herself as considerable person then as she is.
I have some complicated feeling to her because her work may be inefficient and her work sometimes stop other person's work. That is, I think other people whom she talks to could make more output if she wouldn't talk to them.
Actually, I don't have responsibility to judge whether the assistant carry out her duty. Her boss allow her to work as she do at moment. So, I know I should set my feeling of my side.
