Subcontractor worker [My diary]
In my office, many subcontractor workers works as business partner.
They work based on business contradiction between our company and their subcontractor company. Usually, our company needs special technical skill and/or work resource.
Some subcontractor workers make great work. Our business can't be achieved without their support.
On the other hand, some subcontractor worker doesn't output work result as they are expected and defined in their contract.
Such kinds of less skilled workers need other person's help and support. This kinds of support sometimes decrease work efficiency.
I have seen such condition sometimes.
I know good work support make efficient in office. But, inefficient support makes less skilled workers depend other works support and make bad effect to our business.
I remember a worker who finally escaped from our office before he completed his work even though his co-workers make much effort.
I thought that our manager should terminate his contract before co-workers spent too much effort.
Of course, I know this kinds of decision is difficult.
