03/23 Fiscal Year change [My diary]
Fiscal year in company I work starts 16th March.
The company executes major organization change at beginning of fiscal year.
Dept. I belong to have some big change. I keep same work and project at moment.
The organization change some change in team I belong. Some new people starts in the team.
I know I have a jittery feeling about change in team because I have difficulty about condition change.
